So what ARE peptides?

You know how your body is constantly sending messages to itself? "Heal that cut." "Time to sleep." "Calm down that inflammation." Peptides are the messengers. They're tiny chains of amino acids — as short as 2 or 3 linked together — that tell your cells what to do.

Your body already makes them naturally. They're literally how your body communicates with itself. Here's the problem: As we age, get stressed, deal with inflammation, don't sleep well... our bodies stop making these messengers as efficiently. The signals get weaker. Things start breaking down.

Nope. All of Haven's peptides are oral capsules. No injections. No prescriptions. Just capsules you take like any other supplement. The short-chain peptides Haven uses (2-4 amino acids) are absorbed well orally, especially with properly formulated enteric-coated capsules. This is one of the biggest things that makes Haven different from what's out there.

"Are they safe?"

This is the #1 question Dr. Porter gets. Short answer: Haven's oral peptides have an excellent safety profile.
